Professor Tamari Kitossa

Professor Tamari Kitossa is a renowned scholar whose work in the sociology of education, cultural identity, and curriculum design directly informs WSB’s educational philosophy. As a Black scholar who has devoted his career to understanding how identity, history, and dignity shape children’s development, he brings a rare and essential perspective to WSB. His influence helps ensure that our curriculum nurtures students who are proud of their identity, grounded in their heritage, and respected as whole human beings—emotionally, culturally, and academically.
Dr. Joan Samuels-Dennis
Psychologist & Trauma Recovery Specialist (Canada)


With more than 25 years of experience in trauma healing, emotional well-being, and therapeutic education, Dr. Joan Samuels-Dennis provides WSB with essential guidance for building emotionally safe and respectful classrooms. Her work shows how past experiences shape children’s confidence and learning behaviour. Under her influence, WSB’s teachers adopt calm, compassionate, and psychologically informed practices, allowing children to learn without fear and grow with resilience, clarity, and emotional security.

Ted Mouradian
Founder & President, The 2% Factor Inc.

Ted Mouradian brings over five decades of hands-on experience working with young people, families, universities, government bodies, national and international organizations, and even UN-associated initiatives. His pioneering Law of Cooperative Action has helped institutions across multiple countries reduce conflict, strengthen cooperation, and prevent youth delinquency. Ted’s long-standing professional relationship with WSB’s Head of Academics—both alumni of Brock University—has shaped a powerful partnership rooted in mutual commitment to human-centered education.
